The Music Arena was founded on a tremendous idea that took place on November 17th 2005. The idea leads to these premises: Musicians are smart, witty, disciplined, and sometimes weird, but why is it that musicians don't have a place to call, "Their Own?"

I mean, there are those High School band trips that conjure up fond memories, or a College Frat band that still puts a smile on your face for various reasons, and of course there are lots of Schools of Music around, but what about some place cool and unique, that matches our coolness and uniqueness? Whether you're a beginner, novice, or an advanced musician, this is the place where you can go to play, practice or perform and be amongst your own peeps, you know your peoples, and all the while become a better musician! After praying over the idea with my wife, I decided to get to work. I started reading books, taking classes, and speaking with other music professionals and The Music Arena was born.

I am a drummer, percussionist, worship leader, song writer and whatever else. I am aware of the hectic schedule of family life and work. The distractions at home can make it difficult to practice your (Ax) instrument. I thought if Fitness Centers could capture the hearts and muscles of millions of people to get them in shape, then surely a membership based facility for musicians would revolutionize our lives too!
